Private Duty

  • CTN provides personal and professional care in the comfort of client homes with trained RN's, LPN's and/or Home Health Aides. Servicing all age groups, specializing in vent cases, closed head injuries and spinal cord injuries. Services available include 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, temporary and respite care and hospice support.
  • Specialized high tech care available by RN's and LPN's.
  • Offer the full range of healthcare services through acute, chronic or terminal illness to clients.
  • Work in conjunction with the client's families and other caregivers.
  • All Cases are supervised by RN's.
  • HHA's provide: Full range of personal care/or: companionship, light housekeeping as directed in a Plan of Care created by a licensed nurse.

Supplemental Staffing

  • Travel Division
    • Employees will follow the guidelines of the agency that CTN is contracted with
    • Standards of Nursing practice: Assessment, Diagnosis, Outcomes Identification, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation will be instituted
    • Address client needs within the full arc of age continuum
  • Per Diem
    • Employees will follow the guidelines of the agency that CTN is contracted with
    • Standards of Nursing practice: Assessment, Diagnosis, Outcomes Identification, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation will be instituted
    • Deliver adequate and humane health care in an unbiased and nonjudgmental manner to include all settings to include Correctional Settings

Standards regarding all employees that provide client care:

  • Provides worker's compensation insurance
  • Maintains professional liability insurance
  • Covers all payroll taxes
  • Complete criminal and personal back ground checks on staff members
  • Provides ongoing supervision
  • Provides caregiver training and continuing education
  • Access to support from Clinical Director or substitute at all times
